Amazon’s big gaming sale season is back, and there are some seriously tempting discounts available for gamers.
While the main Prime Day 2026 event took place earlier this year, Amazon’s October Prime Big Deal Days is now live from October 6 through October 7, bringing another wave of discounts on gaming hardware, accessories, monitors, controllers, headsets, and games.
If you’re planning to upgrade your gaming setup before the holiday season, this is one of the better opportunities to save. We’ve rounded up some of the best gaming deals worth checking out during the sale.
Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 Gaming Monitor
One of the standout gaming deals this Prime Big Deal Days is the Samsung Odyssey OLED G8. The 32-inch 4K OLED gaming monitor has dropped to $999.99, down from $1,299.99.
The monitor has a 4K resolution with a 240Hz refresh rate. It’s best for high-end PC gaming as well as PS5 and Xbox Series X|S owners who want a premium display.
OLED’s deep blacks and excellent contrast also make games look significantly better, especially darker titles. If you’ve been waiting to upgrade to a high-end gaming monitor, this is one of the deals worth considering.
SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P Wireless Gen 2
The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P Wireless Gen 2 is another strong Prime Day deal, with the headset currently available for $159.99, instead of its regular $199.99 price.
The headset is designed primarily for PlayStation gamers but also works with PC and Nintendo Switch 2.
It offers wireless connectivity, fast charging, and multi-platform support. It’s a good option for gamers who want one headset for several devices.
For PS5 owners in particular, this is the best headset discount available during the sale.
Turtle Beach Victrix Pro BFG Controller
If you’re looking for a premium controller, the Turtle Beach Victrix Pro BFG is also discounted during the sale.
The controller is designed for PS5 and PC, with an Xbox-compatible version also available.
Its modular design makes it a great choice for competitive players who want more customization than a standard controller provides.
With premium controllers becoming more expensive, a Prime Day discount makes the Victrix Pro BFG much easier to justify.
Dragon Quest VII Reimagined
Prime Big Deal Days isn’t only about hardware. Several games are also receiving significant discounts.
Dragon Quest VII Reimagined for Nintendo Switch has dropped to around $37.83, instead of $59.99. The remake is a great purchase for RPG fans who missed the original.
There is a good choice for Switch 2 owners, however. The discounted version is the Nintendo Switch edition, and you should check the upgrade situation before purchasing if you specifically want the Switch 2 version.
REANIMAL
Horror fans can also take advantage of a discount on REANIMAL, the atmospheric co-op horror adventure from the developers behind Little Nightmares.
The Deluxe Edition has been discounted to around $49.99 in the U.S. and includes future DLC.
REANIMAL is better if you have someone to play with because the game supports a Friends Pass system, so another player can join without purchasing a separate copy.
Madden NFL 27
Sports gamers aren’t being left out either. EA Sports Madden NFL 27 has been discounted on Nintendo Switch 2, with the game dropping to around $42.99 from its $69.99 price.
If you’re looking for a recent sports game rather than an older title being cleared out, this is one of the more notable gaming discounts available during the sale.
Logitech G Yeti Orb Gaming Microphone
Streamers and content creators can also find some worthwhile deals.
The Logitech G Yeti Orb gaming microphone is available for around $49.99, down from $69.99.
It features a USB connection, RGB lighting, and Logitech’s G HUB software support.
For someone putting together a first streaming or gaming setup, this could be a relatively inexpensive way to improve microphone quality without jumping into more expensive professional equipment.
SteelSeries QcK Gaming Mouse Pad
Sometimes the best gaming upgrades are the cheapest ones.
The SteelSeries QcK gaming mouse pad is currently available for around $14.99, compared with $19.99.
While it isn’t the most exciting Prime Day purchase, a quality mouse pad can make a noticeable difference for PC gamers, particularly if you are playing competitive shooters.
It is also the kind of inexpensive accessory that makes sense to pick up alongside a larger gaming purchase.
Nintendo Switch 2 Accessories
Prime Big Deal Days is also offering discounts on several Nintendo Switch 2 accessories.
Among the deals are Switch 2 carrying cases, charging accessories, and other peripherals.
A Belkin Switch 2 travel case with an AirTag holder is currently around $23.07, compared with $29.99.
If you’ve recently purchased a Switch 2, Prime Day can be a good opportunity to fill in the accessories you skipped when buying the console.
The Best Prime Day Gaming Deals Right Now
The biggest savings are arguably found in gaming monitors and accessories rather than consoles themselves.
The Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 if you are looking for a premium display, and the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P Gen 2 is a strong choice for PS5 owners.
Gamers on a tighter budget can also find good value in accessories such as the SteelSeries QcK mouse pad, Logitech G Yeti Orb microphone, and discounted controllers.
Game discounts are worth checking as well, particularly if you have a backlog of titles you’ve been waiting to pick up.
Should You Buy Now or Wait for Black Friday?
This is the big question for anyone considering an expensive gaming upgrade.
Prime Big Deal Days is a good opportunity to buy gaming accessories, games, and selected hardware, but that doesn’t necessarily mean every product has reached its lowest price of the year.
Black Friday and Cyber Monday are still coming later in the year, and some products could receive even larger discounts.
However, particularly strong deals can disappear quickly. Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days runs only through October 7, and inventory can also become limited during the event.
For cheaper accessories and games, buying now makes more sense if you already know you want them.
For extremely expensive gaming PCs, GPUs, or premium monitors, it may be worth comparing the current price against historical pricing before making the purchase.
Prices and stock can change throughout the sale, so some of these deals may disappear before the October 7 deadline. We’ll continue updating this list as new gaming deals appear during Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days event.
