Xiaomi announced Mi Watch Lite with in-built GPS

Xiaomi recently launched Redmi smartwatches in china. Now they have officially revealed a rebranded version of that smartwatch called Mi Watch Lite.

The Watch Lite has a 1.4 inch TFT color touch display and supports 120+ watch faces. Some faces even allow further customizations. The display has a 320×320 pixel resolution with 323 PPI pixel density.

The GPS sensor is a built-in Watch lite. It also supports GLONASS satellite positioning for more accurate tracking. Additionally, it also has a Barometer sensor.

There are 11 different workout modes available on the watch, like running, swimming, cycling, cricket, and so on. It comes with up to 50m water resistance.

The smartwatch also tracks continuous heart rate, sleep, and provides guided breathing.

The Mi watch lite also offers all the basic features of smartwatch-like notification, music control, find phone, weather report, stopwatch, and more.

As per Xiaomi, the smartwatch has 9 days of battery life and charges back to 100% in 2 hours. The battery size is 230mAh. It can run for up to 10 hours on continuous GPS mode.

The Mi Watch Lite will be available in three different watch cases and five different straps. Pink, Ivory, Black, Navy Blue, and Olive will be the colors.

As of now, there is no word from Xiaomi on the price and release date of Mi Watch Lite. Based on the price of the Redmi Smartwatch, it should be available at around $45(Rs.3,499/€49).
