in-built GPS is a very good upgrade over the last version. you can now track can runs, cycles, hikes other activities without using your smartphone. even the company’s little expensive fitness tracker, Versa 2 doesn’t have in-built GPS.

Charge 4 has a battery life of up to 7 days and up to 5 hours when using GPS. Fitbit has also announced a special edition for charge 4, but it’s just more cool looking straps otherwise everything stays the same.

Active Zone Minutes is something new introduced by Fitbit. it uses heart rate zones to track your effort for different activities.
