Today at CES 2019, Nvidia announced new RTX 2060 Graphics Card to complete the whole RTX series along with RTX 2070, RTX 2080, and RTX 2080 Ti.RTX 2060 is priced at just $349, which is a very good price for this entry-level GPU. during the CES 2019 presentation, Jensen Huang(Nvidia CEO) also showed Battlefield V demo with Ray Tracing Turned on and it looked very good with even better performance than before.
As per Nvidia Claims, RTX 2060 will better performance than 1070 Ti, and it will be 60% faster than the previous generation GTX 1060. During the live demo of battlefield V, we got chance to look at RTX 2060’s performance.RTX 2060 didn’t have any problem cranking up that sweet 60 fps on the 1440p resolution at 144Hz even with RTX Turned on. Of course, you also going to need high CPU like core i9 to achieve that performance. but it’s definitely worth it as Battlefield V and some other game demo just looked gorgeous with RTX 2060.
The RTX 2060 will be released on 15th January for $349.unlike RTX 2070, RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 Ti, it will be available from all the Nvidia partner from the start instead of just a Founder Edition. Pricing for RTX 2060 seems to be very reasonable compared to RTX 2070 which is available for 499$. currently not all game support ray tracing, so Nvidia is also giving away a free copy of Battlefield V or Anthem so you can get the experience of RTX Series Graphics cards’ new Technolgy.
