Sony has finally announced a release date for Santa Monica studio’s long-awaited game God of War. it will be released on April 20, 2018, for PS4.
Based on information from PlayStation blog creative director Cory Barlog announced the release date couple of days ago. He also said it will be the favorite release day of his entire career.
Sony has also released a new trailer featuring Kratos and his son Atreus, which includes a new location and a game story.
There has been a long journey just to reach this point, so it’s a little bittersweet to think that we are only a few months away from that journey finally coming to an end. While I am sad, I am also excited because it means everyone will get their hands on this crazy adventure we have been crafting for nearly five years! – Cory Barlog
Cory also revealed detail about the limited collector’s edition and digital deluxe edition, whose every component is connected back to the story.
