Honor has launched their new flagship smartphone, Honor V40 5G in china. The smartphone is running on a 5G ready, MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset.

Specifications and Features
Honor V40 5G has 6.72 Inches FHD+ OLED which supports a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10. The screen also supports a 300Hz touch sample rate and the resolution is 2676×1236.
The smartphone is equipped with a 7nm MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset which comes with ARM Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. It comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB UFS 2.1 storage V40 is running on Android 11 and Magic UI 4.0.
Honor V40 5G has a triple camera setup. The primary sensor is 50MP(f/1.9) along with 8MP(f/2.4) wide-angle and 2MP(f/2.4) macro lens. The camera supports laser autofocus.
The front camera has a dual-camera setup with a cutout design on the top left side of the phone. It has a 16MP(f/2.0) primary sensor and secondary Color spectrum sensor.
Honor V40 5G has a 4,200 mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. It also supports a 50W wireless fast charge.

V40 5G is available in the colors Magic Night Black, Titanium Silver, and Rose Gold. It comes in two different variants.

The smartphone is already to purchase in China. As per the international release, there is no official word. However, rumors say a rebranded version of V40 5G will release in April.
